For example:
Mine is $269K - Paid $239900
3360 sq. ft.
15 years old
all brick
huge corner lot
2.5 car garage
3 full and 1 half bathroom
Walk out basement finished
wood floors/crown/wainscoting/chair rail
deck top level/patio lower level
So I get quite a large bang for my buck in my housing market.
For example:
