..and then 800M row, 50 box jumps, 50 squats and 25 burpees for time. I'm sure a guy in your condition could blow through the workout in 10 min.

so max dips in a minute on rings?
then you're gonna do rows? Whats the point of doing a shoulder press/tricep then transitioning into a cardio pull?
Then you're gonna do a bunch of plyo?
It's almost like you have no idea on muscle progression ,or compound training recommendations
ETA: Ididnt realize froning can only back squat 445, and only does 545 for dl.

I have two workouts tomorrow. I have a powerlift for chest/shoulders/tris, and then I have a 4 mile run and core workout that evening.
I will continue to do my workouts, as I'm working towards hitting 1400 raw. Thanks, but no thanks.

I have tried the workouts, and i did go to one.
When the "coaches" began to suggest doing moves and progressions that were dangerous, I politely declined.
To which your little cult then began to prod to get me to still attempt dangerous moves. No thanks....I like my shoulders and knees.
