What is the status of St. George lawsuit

A couple of posts in recent threads got me to thinking about St. George. I know the trial judge ruled against incorporation - was there an appeal? If so, what is the status and when should a ruling come down from the court of appeal?

I bet they stated they’d appeal. Almost seemed expected. Go read back through their Facebook posts and you’ll find it.

I did and found a July 12 post that said an appeal was filed. How long does that take- hopefully not as long as took them to have a trial!

I suspect it will take some time for the record to even be lodged with the Court. I would not expect oral argument until early next year.

Covid didn’t do them any favors the first time around. SWB will drag this out as long as possible to keep robbing them blind. Eventually it’ll happen, just like eventually SWB will burn in Hell.
