Is it a black people thing to use the 'fast lane' on the interstate as the 'slow lane'? I drive a lot on the interstate and two lane highways and I swear a very high percentage of people going slow in the fast lane are black people, especially black women. I've seen them be in the middle lane on the interstate and pull over to the fast lane and go like 75mph while a line of cars is riding their arse wanting to speed.

What makes me ask this is because I see them a lot of times switch to the fast lane and no go fast. But after that, I've noticed that a lot of out of state'ers be chilling in the fast lane as well holding up the line.

That’s about 80% of them, not including 18 wheelers.

UAE: Dh400 fine from May 1 for driving below minimum speed on Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Road in Abu Dhabi New system aims to enhance road safety, encourage slower vehicles to use lanes on right

Notice trucks are only allowed in the right outer lane. This road is monitored by speed cameras and the fine comes automatically to an app. Points system is also in play.

State revenue would be off the charts and eventually people might start to learn the lesson right? Maybe we can still save society.

No sir. Not on my watch. I am the regulator and I will allow you to go a max of 15 mph over the posted limit. And you won’t do a damn thing about it but fume like other reckless mental patients do when they aren’t in full control of their surroundings. I am the regulator.
