I'm against them, because a big arse does little to nothing for sex like bigger tits on a flat chested girl. Butt implants are mostly for looks especially with clothes or a bikini on. You may not have as much to grab or slap or whatever during sex, but its not like boobs.
Frankly, if a girl thinks she needs butt implants than her self esteem is more than wrecked already.
