Is your employer paying for the weekly testing, where does the testing take place, and is it considered company time to go take the weekly test? Or does the individual employee have to burn their own accrued sick leave to take the test?

I'd suck it up and take the test- if you can find one or don't mind waiting in line for 4 hours. At this point, we are just being aggravated to death just to have a job.

if we don't work, they don't receive tax income. I guess they never thought of that.

They want you dependent on the government. They have thought this out. Intentionally trying to crash the economy and devalue the dollar.

Good lord, that’s stupid. Pandemics negatively impact economies. Vaccines and testing to identify infected people reduces the size, and by consequence the economic impact, of said pandemic. The mental gymnastics that it must take to view actions that are meant to spur the economy (i.e. reduce need for dependence on government) as being intended to increase dependence on government is mind boggling. Just mind-numbingly stupid.
