It probably gives her more room for advancement since they own 35 stations (as opposed to 1).
Most of the people enjoy working at WBRZ because it’s not one of these “corporate” companies. They like that they don’t have to play the corporate politics. However, there are only so many jobs to go around.
If you don’t understand that people jump to these large media conglomerates because it can potentially be easier to advance within that company, then I don’t know hat to tell you.
