Well, if you consider 120 degree water hot and your thermostat is set to 125, then it is indeed a hot water heater.

I'm in the process of DIYing lvp. I recommend it. Good flooring and he could just DIY it himself and pocket the extra insurance money.

Pay for the thicker stuff. Don't buy the razer thin crap.

How did the water get to 120 degrees? was it hot when the water entered the tank?
