This is the property where the young child was electrocuted a few weeks ago. Glad the fire marshals cited this company and hope they investigate all of their other properties throughout Baton Rouge.

I know a certain rental unit on highland road just north of LSU that needs to be shut down. They have gas dryers with no exhaust to the outside. The Carbon Monoxide just goes straight into the apartment with no opportunity to ventilate. I'm surprised no one's died there yet...from CO poisoning. I'm sure there have been murders there.

I just came across this while reading more on this story and goodness gracious this popped up on the Louisiana Record site so there is no telling how many other lawsuits this company is involved in.
