Each of our vehicles has a trucker's maintenance log and we keep records and receipts in the side pouches.

You may find a trucker's maintenance log book at any good, old school, truck stop.
And what about reminders for upcoming service?

Check engine light, scraping brakes, low tire tread observation. That's basically it for me.

There's also a low voltage light if the battery is starting to die and an oil change light when the oil gets too shitty or low.

It never occurred to me I might need an app or a spreadsheet to track this shite. I guess if you truly manage a fleet of vehicles for a company, this would be a good idea.
