Couldn't you also go down AL 59 or Foley Beach Express and then take AL 182 to Perdido Key.
I highly doubt they would be a checkpoint at the Flora-Bama. I wonder if you go to the Flora-Bama and say that you are from Louisiana, they give you a table only on the Alabama side.
