Acupuncture cured mine. I couldn’t lift my arm above my shoulder before the two treatments.

Had both of mine done, 10 years apart. Should have gotten them done back to back. By the time I got my left shoulder cut on, it was shot. Actually contemplating surgery on it again, I'm tired of the steroid shots annually.

I can tell you this for a fact, the longer you wait the longer the recovery.

I can surgery the rehab and pain is brutal I have had several surgeries over the years and it was the worst by far

It wasn’t too bad when I had youth on my side, the second one sucked.

Why? We understand the body so much better than the average poster it's ridiculous. OP, I have nothing to offer in this case since I've never been through it, but you definitely want the advice of weightlifters on this.
