I would hardly consider that a restaurant at least by the standards that most expected. I think most were hoping for stand alone restaurants along the canal. Ones with a nice vibe etc

Sub-grade issues are a more legitimate cause for concern in Baton Rouge.

Houses are very poorly and rapidly constructed. Have heard that directly from contractors. Look good now but won’t in a few years. Windows and doors will be rotting. Wouldn’t do it.
