Not everyone is an adrenaline junkie like you. Sitting at the beach reading a book or watching the kids play in the waves, or just doing nothing except listening to the waves and the gulls cry is good for the mind and soul.

For an evening or something, yes it is relaxing. Somewhere around hour 3 of sitting on the beach is when I'm over it though.
