Ugh frick that guy. Ya she's trash too for stealing but that guy is going after Someone he knows wont do anything. Why doesn't captain america go around and talk that tough and demand things to a big black guy.

That there is a gray area is basically my point. He first stated that it was a fact the guy committed assault, when in fact he might have or he might not have depending on other things.
