Exactly. In Louisiana the comparable law is a misdemeanor. No need to ruin a persons life and brand them a sex predator. This is another example of the cruelty of American DAs and legislatures. No concern for freedom. And this is why American juries must use their common sense and acquit these nonsense cases every time.
