One weekend he went from Alabama to Indiana to nj back to atl and came home.

So you are tired of dealing with headaches of a sales job...so your plan is to start dealing with brokers for loads....lol.

My buddy has a hotshot business...he says its constant headache dealing with brokers.

Plus, all the different legal requirements from state to state and DOT inspections.

A lot of drivers just hate that the broker is getting a cut out of the rate. What these drivers forget is that it's the broker's load/customers and companies like Coca Cola move every one of their loads through brokers.
