I've watched two LSU games with my 4 month old son, Florida State and Ole Miss. That bad luck little fricker has to be outside the house for the rest of his life for LSU games.

Make the memories!
That’s exactly what I was thinking Friday night when I decided to take my son and a couple of his buddies to the LSU game in Oxford. It was both of his friend’s first college FB game and even though we lost, the boys had a blast. Core memories were made.

My girlfriends son who has Down Syndrome was helping me cook gumbo one day. He was about 7 years old or so. Turned my back n him for a minute , and he added a pound of salt to the gumbo. He was so proud of himself.
We used ii to kill weeds on the fence line.

Anyone with kids, especially young ones, heed this advice. It's an unavoidable truth

My son was helping me build a shed yesterday. He said he had to pee, I said let it rip buddy. I turn around and he's done dropped his britches taking a shite right there in the yard

I hope you and your little girl have many of these quality moments in your future. May God bless you and your family.

My son got Jr. Monopoly for his birthday because he loves board games. Yesterday we played it with his older brother and just doing that made his whole weekend.
Meanwhile, their little sister found an old Cinderella costume and decided to put it on and acted like a goof all afternoon.
It was a great Sunday and I was in the moment enough to appreciate it and tell myself that I need to slow down and soak these times in more often.

My 7 year old boy went to travel baseball practice yesterday to get cussed at for 3 hours straight. Bet he had a miserable Sunday. We might play in a big tournament next weekend so it was worth it.

This is my problem I’m always worrying about work or things that are out of my control. No telling how many beautiful memories I’ve missed by not being present in the moment.
