see OP has back problems, but if it is in anyway possible to perform resistance training, that is what I would begin with
I have a rare ependymoma tumor in my spine that couldn’t get completely removed because it would paralyze me. The pain is nerve related, they are clumping and railing against each other in tight space because of overwhelming epidural fibrosis (scar tissue). from failed back surgery. A few doctors think I have arachnoiditis. It’s the inflammation of the arachnoid, the outer lining l of nerves. I also have 2 bulging discs. Part of my spine is missing from surgery (laminectomy) which doesn’t help. There’s not much they can do. I’m not risking getting paralyzed. They don’t want to risk it either

PT and resistance training makes everything worse

Well technically you may not need to take an estrogen blocker with those supplements you are taking, I generally don't know. I was hoping you did and could inform me. If it doesn't attach to your receptors it won't cause you natural test to decline. I wouldn't think those extracts and boron would do that. However I am not sure if the body will naturally produce more estrogen if your body is producing more test.

I’ve got some extra cash laying around from stocks gains. I’m willing to see what it does for 50 bucks. I think may go hard with the supplements for a month or 2 and see what happens. I’ve been in and out of the gym since 7th grade. Supplements can make a huge difference.

It’s important to read all different kinds of sources and pool the info together. Someone linked a real healthy approach site that I’m reading. There is some overlap of vitamins. It’s big on lifestyle stuff, which is good

Unless you are running a cycle and your T levels are above like 1500 you don’t need an estrogen blocker

I’m at like 450. Who has t levels at 1500?

That goes along with the video I posted about testosterone and sperm counts being down 50% since 1950. It’s processed food. I just need to go food shopping more frequently to get more fresh, real shite. I stretch it out to a month

Hoping you find what you need. God bless.

I had severely low test in my twenties due to my own faults. In my late twenties I went to a dr and since I haven’t had children yet, he recommended not taking test shots. Instead, he put me on clomiphene citrate or clomid. It’s FDA approved for wine as a fertility treatment but not approved for men at all. Studies had shown that its helps the body produce its own testosterone for men but not approved. I’ve been taking it for 4 years and I can tell it’s working for me! My energy came back, my mojo returned as well as my desire for sex.

Yes Mg is a very critical mineral for our bodies.

With that being said, you can get your Mg needs through foods like almonds, cashews, and other seeds, spinach, beans, banana's.

BTW, almonds will lower your cholesterol(LDLs) levels.

There is lots of great suggestions already given in this thread.

Fatigue could be caused by a deficiency in some vitamin or mineral. Or even some toxic reaction to a certain food or environmental element.

I would suggest you get a comprehensive vitamin and mineral panel test.

Also look into a urine test for micro-nutrient deficiencies. I think the NutrEval FMV is the gold standard for that.

Something like from SpectraCell, Walkinlab, or even from your GP.

These tests are going cost around $1000, perhaps more. But your health is your most important asset.

Hope this helps.
