All of these data centers are going to go this way for power. They aren’t going to rely on conventional utility companies.

It makes sense from every angle except access to capital. They’re already having to raise billions for the data center. Throwing a couple more billion on for a nuke plant is going to be rough. There’s only so much money to go around before you start hitting concentration thresholds.

You have to consider, if they perfect the modular nuke plant, it won’t only be used for data centers. It would functionally change how power is produced in general.
