I bought the Emeril. I had to buy an extra wire rack for when I wanted to go high volume.
2 racks would still not be enough when you are cooking for 12. Teens eat a lot.

I would say to look at one in person before you decide. I had the other kind and went with this one. It works great for my small family, but the amount of food you need daily to feed those goblins must be massive.

The older 4 are all taller than my husband and I now - and they’re still growing. Not that #5 & #6 are light eaters.
