i seen one on eugene and north street the other day. they were at a 4 way stop and you could not see them until you hit the corner.
the law is stupid and we all know this.
thats why i buy my inspection sticker $40 bux never failed an inspection again. lol
the other day i got pulled over for expired insp sticker, no plate and no registration and 16% tint. yea he got lucky that day. i told him i just bought the car that day but he didnt care one bit. i sold it the following day.

I don't hate cops. It's just that when I drive through certain parts of this parish known to be littered with thugs I see on street corners up to no good in the middle of the day, and I see this gathering of tax collectors, I see it as a complete waste of valuable police hardware, and an enabler of the current condition we all bitch about when we say crime is OOC in BR.
