Yes! I truly hate when you buy a new box and they’re already stale. Or, if you are fortunate enough to get a good box, whatever you didn’t eat is stale the next day. Even the unopened packs will go stale on you way too quickly.
By the way, only buy Premium saltines. None of those knock-off brands.
