There was legit heroin and prostitution going on in some of those clubs. I went a couple years back and watched some braud snort a ton of coke and offer to F me for $200, which was clearly a negotiable price.
I made a hard pass.

not really....they had the NOPD in their back pocket and no one else was going to rat them out.......they've been getting away with this shite for a long long time
