I don't pay too much attention to what goes on in steerage but it's the law, it's a matter of picking your battles, all you have to do to make it legal would be to ask them to pour it for you, most don't give a shite, but you might come across one some day that is more pissed than they normally are and decide that's where they're going to pick their battle, and that $3-4 dollar Jameson mini could end up costing you a few hundred bucks
