I assume your brother wants y’all to say with them or invited you? I know you’re an Aggie but please try to wear your balls...if your “girlfriend” doesn’t have a ring on her finger and she’s trying to say you can’t stay at your brothers then she/he is a POS and you better get rid of her. It will only get worse if she/he really thinks they will be part of the family

It depends. Will you actually be pitching in to actually help the newborn's parents?

They might be busy enough to not want to do extra work to make you comfortable but don't want to tell you to stay elsewhere.

Perhaps talk to your brother and make sure it's not inconvenient (i.e. he would be actually offended if you stay elsewhere) and then on a course of action.

OR, just rely on the opinions of people you don't know on the internet. If you do this, please keep us up to date on what's happening.
