re: Standstill Traffic on I-10 W between Nola and BR

I-12's problem is not white flight. It's the trucks. I swear, there must be a sign at the start of I-12 that says,

"Attention all big truck drivers. You own the road. You can cruise in the left lane for this stretch and go as slow/fast as you want. If you look in your rearview mirror and see a cluster of cars, don't bother getting over in the right lane to clear it up. Make everybody else have to go 60 mph until you decide you want to move over, be it now or 10 miles from now."
