On the P365 vs G-43 others have mentioned: I have the P365 and the Glock 43.
I love the capacity of the little Sig and the overall package. It's a fine little pistol.
But I just plain shoot better with the Glock.
That's just MY situation, though. It's hard for someone to make the final choice for you. Pick the one that fits you the best.
