In order for internationals that I've flown:

Air New Zealand - In most coach rows, seats can fold down into a family bed, complete with sheets and a special seat belt. Wine is free and movies are sorted by "hobbit movies" and "everything else"
Singapore Airlines
Lufthansa
Air Canada
Quantas
Carribean Airlines
Copa Airlines - Was never actually able to fly with them because they stopped me at the counter for a yellow fever shot. Spent the night in Rio. Why was this not something that came up when I booked the ticket?
AeroMexico - moved a flight by a full 24 hours on me and didn't say shite until I got to the counter.

Domestics:

United - I'm based out of Houston so I fly them a lot. Consistent service, never had any real complaints.
American
Frontier - only ever flown them once, to Fairbanks. Was ok.
Delta - Seem to be slightly older jets than the others, prices are higher (but again, Houston).

Where you live determines the airline you fly consistently. Atlanta vs Houston vs Dallas will ALWAYS be a Delta vs United vs American argument.

I fly out of BTR a ton and American has the oldest jets. I fly Delta through Atlanta mainly because they have a ton of connections and I rarely have issues there. I fly west coast a good bit so going out of New Orleans through Los Angeles is commonplace as well.

Back to the original topic, I haven't flown non Delta planes in a while. I was on an emergency landing in BR several years back though. That was quite an event.
