Spinoff of 100k miles club...about to buy used truck...

It will be used to haul basic work materials over short distances. Considering an older Chevy or Ford (like from the 80s or 90s) but nicer ones are hard to find. Also don't want anything too huge.
The rest of the search is higher mileage Tacomas, Nissans, Rangers, and I am considering a 100k+ Colorado just because it looks to be in good shape.
Anyone have experience with one of these Colorados in terms of longevity?
I already know about the quality of the Toyotas, Nissans, and Rangers

I would not recommend any Ranger or S-10, if you're shopping 80s and 90s.
