I just bought a speed queen (at this board's reccomendation).

Just ran it for the first time and it's shaking like crazy.

Anyone have experience with this? I'm going to call the guy who installed it but is it just a leveling issue?

TIA

Eta: it's the stacking model and I ran it on the highest spin cycle with towels and a few t shirts to see how it works

Is there a pin that holds the drum still?

No the pin was taken out. The guys who installed it mentioned something about it. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to washers. I've always rented, or had an old washer dryer.

This doesn't necessarily mean it's level. I'd still throw a level on it.
