As someone mentioned, it looks like gnats.
If you actually see gnats, buy a 6 pack of vanilla scented tree air fresheners and hang them around her pen or wherever she hang out.
I shite you not, this will keep the gnats away.
If you have a spray bottle, put some vanilla extract in it and spray her on her back. If you need to, you can add a little water. Just don't dilute it to much. And don't get it in her eyes.
