Exactly. Maybe wipe the lipstick off on the bottom of my shirt if I want to be safe.

We do not. We buy solo cups at nearest store or recycle our Starbucks cups. I also sanitize door knobs, phone, faucets and light switches. My husband along with many other attorneys had Norovirus during a convention in Chicago a few years ago. Please never again.

While staying at a Marriott Courtyard two years ago I noticed housekeeping had no glasses on their carts! Wonder where the "clean" glasses come from?

Gloves when getting in a taxi (how long since those seats have been "cleaned")? Mash the elevator button with your elbow? Swim in pools? Eat at restaurants with gloves on? Those salt and pepper shakers have been handled by hundreds. Prolly never used your hands to rip open a packet of ketchup from McDonalds to immediately use those hands to dip French fries into......those things are surely clean.
