Yep. I had more brushing behind my knee than right around the knee area. Went down to my hamstring. I think that is normal.

Prepare for the stiffness to be a think for a while. I still have it after sleeping a while and after sitting in my office chair. I have my exercise bike in my office, so I can hop on and ride at times throughout the day, even if just for 5 minutes.
