There's an area in East Palo Alto called the Triangle. I would not even walk thru there in the daytime.
She was born in 1903 in Georgiana, Al so she didn't have the most enlightened vocabulary and apparently she was standing on a busy corner in [80's crack era]EPA loudly using some... uh.. un-PC language to describe the people around her.
No one messed with her though, still cracks me up.
