Forgot to mention that the family is black. ok well now I just plain old don't believe this.

Damnedest thing I’ve seen was when Lynyrd Skynrd had their first show after the long post plane crash hiatus. It was in BR at the River Center, as they were headed here when the plane crashed.

Our seats were in the second level, about halfway up the section. Down front by the railing was a black guy having the time of his life and waving a confederate flag.

Grok has narrowed the location to an Atlanta suburb.

There’s an older black man that I pay to do yard work here in North Carolina. I’ve seen him wear a t-shirt that had a rebel flag on it.

I am 57. I can say without a doubt there was nothing racist about the rebel flag growing up. Lee High in BR had 15-20 black kids playing for them and half of them wore rebel flag towels. Same with Ole Miss. If it represented anything, it represented the South as a place, not as an ideology. It was no different than the Jolly Roger or Union Jack in that it looked kind of cool.

It wasn't a racial thing until someone decided to declare it should be a racial thing. And no one cared enough at the time to argue.

Not bad. 30 minutes east of Atlanta.

AI is scary when it comes to doxxing. I wasn't maliciously trying, but just wanted to see what it would do. You apparently don't leave much of a trail.
