That's not how renting works, officer.

It's just $7/hr. The person collecting $7/hr then supplies the bots and maintains them.

These bots can work 20-22 hours a day while not charging and take only 1 or 2 weeks "off" for maintenance. $7/hr could get the bot company $100k or so over 2 years to cover the costs of acquiring, maintaining, and insuring the bots.

The bots do not have payroll taxes, pension plans, healthcare plans, lunch breaks, time and a half pay, egos, or the motivation to lie.

Obviously it'll be a VERY long time before they completely replace cops but they will start to augment cops pretty soon, gradually reducing the amount of cops needed.

More like a graffiti resistant concept. I mean, would anyone waste time and paint on "Kick me"? It's implied. You see it, you want to kick it.
