I have a close relative who was president of a large bank, some of the updated ways for a bank employee to alert police that something is wrong, silent triggers from the bank, are crazy.
Things people don't even think of. For example, when unlocking a lock, you can turn it left or right to unlock, but if you turn it right instead of left, it sends out a distress.

Clearly the robber did his homework. Comes in shoots into the ceiling and then notices the armed guard.
