Forgive me if I hurt your delicate sensibilities. It’s not for me to find threads you’re capable of posting in. It’s obvious you can’t, and that’s ok. You prefer to shite on boards you don’t understand so the collective here will upvote you.

Nah, I've racked them up there. I simply don't care for the inordinate amount of bullshite that must be filtered to covers with the handful of semi intelligent posters there. Anyone worth debating can be found on other boards when similar topics arise, so there is little need to wade over to the PT on a regular basis.

How quickly does SCOTUS hear cases?
Like the Cali ruling on tax returns? It's a concerted effort to circumvent the voters and it's happening all across the country to test what can and can't be done to take away our vote.
You think SCOTUS got it right on the ACA?

It is an interesting issue but all the 10th did was reaffirm the original intent of the framers, in particular, Hamilton regarding the electoral college. The current group of people that are wedded to the electoral college seems to like it mainly for the way it can cut against the popular vote vs the original intent in total.
If you think SCOTUS will be salivating to overturn it you might be very wrong. Overturning the 10th here would be a direct condemnation of the EC. If you take away the supposed check of the EC then much of the argument to keep it disappears.
