lol dude having gone through a divorce is not necessarily a red flag. The circumstances are really important.
What would you think about a guy that had never been married and has no children doing with a woman who:
is divorced, has two kids, has a history of drug problems and infidelity

I'd do the same. You're never going to be the most important person in her life
I've got news for you henry, you will only be the most important person in your wife's life as long as you don't have kids.

you're only viewed as what kind of dad you can be to her kid(s)
This doesn't go away if they are your own kids bro.
good luck
Look, it is a tough road being a step parent no doubt, but I have seen time after time where the step parent is loved and adored more than the biological parent, or on the same level. It just takes a little longer for the step parent to gain that trust and respect.
It isn't a role for just anyone, and it's okay for you and the OP to recognize you don't want to be a step parent. However, some of the points you made happen whether they are your kids or not.

why would the woman make such an awful choice to marry and reproduce with someone that would abandon their family?
The O-T is glad you found the perfect mate! Does she have a sister?
P.S. You reminded me of the old joke "I would never have anything to do with a woman who would have anything to do with a man like me"!

She does know how to use sex as a weapon. That's for sure.

It's probably best to let your sister(s) raise your nieces/nephews without your involvement anyhow.
