The only thing I took from the article is that the ATC Commissioner is now a woman. I guess the State of La. got tired of lawsuits

My work took me from my home in NO to Lafayette and then to BR back in the early 80s. Lived in BR from then until 2012. Moved back in 2017 from Mississippi. Long way of saying I'm not sure. A few things I've seen make me think that a fairly homogeneous community survives and has been rebuilding and reestablishing itself.
