What situation? The repairs will be made and inspected before any lease is signed. On top of that I get a fence for no money out of pocket. The owner is one of the more highly respected brokers in Birmingham, I believe he knows what he's doing. His inspector had a blunder by not reviewing the renovations and I caught it.
