Most all plant baws I know have at least 1 DWI on their record. At least 1.

Funny how most of them engineers don’t. Guess we learned a lick of responsibility from all that ‘schoolin’ they think is a waste of time.

You will run across some that are burned out and hate to have their YouTube, Facebook, or whatever the frick they’re watching interrupted by someone who keeps their job in existence.

Operators are the nicest guys in the world until they actually have to do something then everyone is an idiot except for them. The personality shift in an operator reading his magazine in peace, vs the 1-2 times a week he actually has to press a button is astronomical.

Some are burnt out because they take all the overtime available also though.

Definitely.

They start out fine. Get addicted to OT. Then they spend a shitload are have to work it to the point of burnout then become assholes

It’s somewhat accurate. Each worker is required to have certain tools to do their job and each contractor is supposed to have a tool house with a detailed list of tools in it. If a person is doing a task that requires a tool they don’t have or the contractor does not have they have to either check it out of the tool room or go to maint and check it out of maint tool room.
Operators are like like every other occupation there are some good ones and there are some shitty ones.
Birdseed try’s to hard and wants it to bad he will not get promoted.
QA is typically folks who moved up from a trade into a QA role. Paint foreman’s become paint inspectors and welders become welding inspectors.
Safety is normaly made up from folks who were not promotable in their craft and got into safety!!
And for all the ones “dragging up”
That’s just turnaround workers who will leave for 1$ an hour, maintenance contractors sometimes spend 20+ years at a plant and only change the name on their uniforms when contracts are lost.

You are so full of shite as usual. I work in a plant (not an operator or engineer) and very rarely have heard any “plant baw” saying they got a DUI. Do you just go around asking random people if they have a DUI so you can be sure to let them know how superior you are to them if they do? You check their credit score and portfolio too so you can feel better about yourself? Man, what a pathetic way to live your life, constantly judging people and living on your self imagined high horse.
