Guy is a chode that will only now fall on his sword with his pension in tact. I don't live in Orleans parish but work in it and I can't see how anyone puts up with this shite.

In Sept of 2011 the S&WB was looking for someone to fix the power plants for the pumps. I guess when Mitch took over it didnt become a priority.
