You recently experienced damage to your home due to a natural disaster. We would like you to rate your
damage on a 5-point scale. Please read the damage descriptions below and select which number best matches
your situation.
At the top of the body of your reply message, send the number of your choice from the menu below.
1: I had minor damage. I am missing some roof shingles, or have water stains on my ceiling.
2: I had moderate damage. I had lots of damage to my roof, windows, or exterior siding
3: I had major damage. I have holes in my roof, or have collapsed ceilings or walls.
4: I had extreme damage. My home collapsed, or was completely destroyed.
5: Unknown. I am unsure as to the extent of the damage to my home.
