Would you let it go if they did that, or would you still go after their insurance to fix dirt?

My driveway and dirt work for the yard was about 26 grand.

Every time amason damages it, I go after their insurance.

Why? Because I'm not eating the money juat because they wanted to hire non cdl monkeys to drive for them.

What money are you eating? Maybe your OP didn’t show the real extent of the damage. The yard will correct itself in time. You can help it with a shovel, or a tractor/other equipment if available. You don’t want them to pay for someone to fix it though, you want them to cut you a check don’t you?

I have a guy who does 90% of my dirt work and handles all stone delivery.

He gave me an estimate last time. I passed it on to my attorney. Insurance cut check for that amount. Paid dirt guy in cash.

Happens constantly.
