You have out grown it for sure. In your situation, you bet your arse I’d be downtown or somewhere in the vicinity.

If I'm over 40 and divorced and on the prowl, I'd probably not move from The Woodlands (I like the outdoor activities). But I'd be in a condo in walking distance to the restaurants and bars and such around the waterway. Enoughed divorced woman talent around for me. Young 30's I'd still probably hit up the heights or those type areas.

Well. That has merits.
But, the condos close to Waterway are stout.
My ideal: condo downtown and a solid canal home in Sea Isle or San Louis Pass (26’ Twin Vee)....
