Dude just get a Cortisone shot. Don't waist your time with anything else. I gladly drop the $100 for the shot.

Tecnu
This is what you need.
I am familiar with all things Poison Ivy, and this is, with no exaggeration, a miracle product. It doesn't help with the itching, but it gets rid of the urishol oil, which is what cases the itching.
You need to douse yourself with it (follow instructions on the bottle). Then, think back to when you got into the poison ivy.... then think of anything and everything you touched for about 12 hours after that. You need to wash all that stuff with Tecnu, too. Pour a bunch in the washer with the clothes you were wearing (yes, even if you already washed them once). Wash your sheets. Wash your dog. Wipe down surfaces. The oil does not go away with water, so clean or throw away anything that could be contaminated. DO NOT BURN the clothes or the poison ivy plant. You absolutely 100% can get poison ivy rash inside your lungs, and it sucks big time.
Fun fact of the day: Mango skin also contains low levels of urishol oil. Usually not enough to cause a break out, but some internal discomfort if you eat it.

It's very potent. Burning the plant and inhaling the smoke can be deadly because it will do what it does to your skin inside your lungs
