A local farmers market had yellow ones a few years ago that were better than any of the red ones I’ve ever had. It was weird at first eating the yellow fruit inside but the taste was so much better.

Like a good dark green one, but not to dark. Sun spot on the bottom. When you hit it, its gotta sound like a basketball.

Yellow bellies. Those were a treat growing up. Not sure where my family would find them but they are delicious.
