Parcel locker; Amazon/USPS delivery?

Hey, I ordered an,item and it says it was delivered to a parcel locker. Anybody know what this is? The front desk at the hotel says they don't have anything.

I don't even know what a parcel locker is. I can't call them since they are closed and I'm leaving 5 in the morning.

I would check again with the hotel. A parcel is a package so it sounds like it's being held somewhere for you

Order room service and have it delivered to the parcel locker, wait by the kitchen and follow the waiter.
